Delivery & Return

STANDARD SHIPPING

We offer standard delivery services for customer's order(s) shipped to Malaysia regions ONLY. Gift hampers with liquid are not shippable to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). Charges are listed as below:

RM15-RM25: West Malaysia

RM50-RM60: East Malaysia

Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) *depending on courier service provider.

 

Same Day Delivery

Order before 12pm on weekdays and you will be able to receive your order on the same day within selected areas in Klang Valley.

Delivery between 12pm to 6pm

RM15-RM35: Selected area in Klang Valley Only

 

Return Policy

Brightstone Marketing SDN BHD (JoyousGift) reserves the right to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.

Brightstone Marketing SDN BHD (JoyousGift) will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products once payment is accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product(s) immediately upon receipt.

 

Requests for return or exchange of items will only be accepted under the following conditions:

i) Brightstone Marketing SDN BHD (JoyousGift) mistakenly delivers an incorrect item to the customer

ii) Brightstone Marketing SDN BHD (JoyousGift) delivers a damage/defective item(s) to the customer. However, all measures are made to ensure that items are in perfect quality and condition before we send out.

iii) Brightstone Marketing SDN BHD (JoyousGift) delivers a out of date or expired item(s) to the customer.

 

Re-Delivery of Item(s)

To be entitled to receive a re-delivery of the damaged/defective item(s), you are required to return the item(s) the same condition as delivered to you previously.

You will bear the shipping cost first but will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition.

The correct items will be shipped to you free of charge. Please note that we will not accept returned items if they show any signs of usage or further damage. In such circumstances, the shipping cost and the product(s) will not be refunded.

Please email us at Hello@joyousgift.co before you proceed to return the products to us. We will advise you on the next course of action in detail.

 

Return Procedure

Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number by sending an email to: hello@joyousgift.co

In your email, please include:

  1. Your full name, address and contact details

  2. Order Confirmation Number

  3. Items being returned along with a brief explanation (reason).

(Please also include Your full name, address and contact details and Order Confirmation Number on your return package)

  1. When your Return Authorization is clears, it will be e-mailed to you. Returns must be completed within fifteen (15) days of the Return Authorization generation.

Please print out the attached Return Authorization Form and include it in the package with returned items.
